1. The products

All products sold by PepSmartUSA are chemical reference materials intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical use. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, foods, or cosmetics; they are not for human or animal consumption, diagnostic use, or the treatment, mitigation, or prevention of any disease or condition; and they are sold without any express or implied fitness for such purposes.

2. Purchaser attestation

By placing an order you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age; that you are purchasing solely for lawful research purposes; that you (or the institution you represent) have the training and facilities to handle research chemicals safely; and that you will not use, resell, or distribute products for human or animal consumption.

3. Right to refuse

We may refuse, cancel, or refund any order at our discretion, including where an order or account suggests intended human use or shipment to a jurisdiction where sale is restricted. We may restrict shipment of specific compounds to specific states or jurisdictions.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are as listed at checkout in USD. Payment is processed by our payment processor on its hosted page; card details are never received or stored by this site.

5. Returns and guarantee

Physical returns are not accepted. Our documentation and transit guarantees are described on the shipping & guarantee page and are incorporated into these terms.

6. Limitation of liability; indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PepSmartUSA's liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for the products at issue. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PepSmartUSA from claims arising from your use, handling, storage, or distribution of products contrary to these terms.
