Are your peptides third-party tested?
Yes. Each published lot was tested by a third-party laboratory (AxisPharm, LLC) by LC-MS for purity and identity, with LAL endotoxin testing where applicable, and its certificate is published to the COA library. A certificate is published for every one of the 41 size options in the catalog, and we don't print a purity figure anywhere on this site without a certificate behind it.
PepsMartUSA does not order these tests: the certificates are issued by AxisPharm, LLC, and come to us from our supplier, Protixa. Most are addressed to Protixa and some to Cell Wellness, a separate company under the same ownership; all list Protixa as the brand. See where the certificates come from.
What are these products for?

How do orders ship?
From the USA, typically within 1–2 business days. Lyophilized peptides are ambient-stable in transit — moisture, not brief warmth, is the storage risk — so proper sealing matters more than ice packs. US orders over $200 ship free.
How should peptides be stored?
As supplied, in the sealed vial: −20 °C long-term or 2–8 °C short-term, protected from light and moisture. Full guidance in the storage reference.
What is your guarantee?
Research compounds can't be restocked, so we don't accept physical returns — instead the guarantee is tied to the documentation: if independent testing a buyer commissions shows a lot materially below the specification stated for that product, that item is refunded in full; packages lost or damaged in transit are reshipped free (one reship per order).
