Common questions
Are your peptides third-party tested?
We run a third-party testing program (independent HPLC purity and mass-spec identity, per batch). Certificates publish to the COA library as each lot's documentation is completed — where a lot's certificate isn't published yet, the product page says "in progress" rather than printing a number.
What are these products for?
Laboratory research and analytical use only. They are not drugs, supplements, or cosmetics, and are not for human or animal consumption, diagnosis, or treatment of any condition.
How do orders ship?
From the USA, in plain discreet packaging, typically within 1–2 business days. Lyophilized peptides are ambient-stable in transit — moisture, not brief warmth, is the storage risk — so proper sealing matters more than ice packs. US orders over $200 ship free.
How should peptides be stored?
Lyophilized: −20 °C long-term or 2–8 °C short-term, protected from light and moisture. Reconstituted: refrigerated, used within the preparation-appropriate window. Full guidance in the storage reference.
What is your guarantee?
Research compounds can't be restocked, so we don't accept physical returns — instead the guarantee is tied to the documentation: if independent testing shows a lot materially below its certificate, we refund it; packages lost or damaged in transit are reshipped free (one reship per order). Details on the shipping & guarantee page.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes — tiered pricing for research institutions and approved wholesale partners. Contact us with volumes.
Who can order?
Adults 21+ purchasing for lawful research purposes, in jurisdictions where sale is permitted. Orders constitute acceptance of the research-use policy.
