Research-use policy
This policy governs every product and every order, without exception.
Research use only
Every product sold by PepsMartUSA is a chemical reference material supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical purposes. Products are not for human or animal consumption in any form and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition.
No medical content
Nothing on this site is medical advice, and nothing on this site describes or endorses the administration of any product to a person or animal. Product literature summarizes published research for scientific reference only.
Purchaser responsibilities
Purchasers must be 21 or older, must hold the knowledge and facilities to handle research chemicals safely, and are solely responsible for compliance with the laws and regulations that apply to their research and their jurisdiction.
Enforcement
We refuse and refund orders that suggest intended human use. Questions about whether your intended purchase qualifies — ask before ordering.
Regulatory statement
No product sold here is approved by the Food and Drug Administration for any use. PepsMartUSA is a chemical supplier — not a compounding pharmacy as defined under section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and not an outsourcing facility as defined under section 503B.
