Shipping
- Origin: United States, domestic shipping only.
- Handling: orders typically ship within 1–2 business days.
- Packaging: plain, unmarked, discreet exterior; sealed interior with desiccant where appropriate. No contents description on the outside.
- Temperature: lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature for transit — moisture, not brief warmth, is the real storage risk — so we invest in sealing, not theater.
- Free shipping: US orders over $200.
- Tracking: emailed when your order ships.
The guarantee
Because research compounds can't be restocked once shipped, we don't take physical returns. The guarantee is tied to the paperwork instead:
- Documentation guarantee: if independent testing shows a lot materially below the specification on its published certificate, we refund that item in full.
- Transit guarantee: packages lost, seized, or damaged in transit are reshipped free — one reship per order, then we make it right case by case.
- Errors: wrong item or wrong strength shipped — we reship correctly at no cost, no questions.
