Where it ships from, and how it’s paid for
From the USA, typically within 1–2 business days after payment clears, with tracking emailed. Orders are placed with Otab Limited Liability Company, doing business as PepsMartUSA.
Payment options
Payment options are shown at checkout before an order is placed.
Card or US bank account (ACH): Visa, Mastercard or Discover, Apple Pay or Google Pay, or ACH, on the payment processor’s secure page, which may ask for identity verification. ACH payments typically take 3–5 business days to clear before an order ships. American Express is not accepted.
Zelle bank transfer: the payment page lists the recipient details; the recipient may appear in a bank’s app as “Otab”. The order ships once the transfer arrives.
A first order, an ACH payment or a Zelle transfer can add time before shipping. Every order certifies the buyer is 21 or older and purchasing for laboratory research use only.
