Products are not drugs, food, dietary supplements, or cosmetics under the FD&C Act, and are not approved by the FDA for use in humans or animals. By purchasing, you certify that you are 18 years of age or older, that you are a qualified researcher or purchasing on behalf of a research institution, and that you will not use these products for human or animal consumption, self-administration, or any clinical purpose.
No medical claims. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice, and no statement here has been evaluated by the FDA. Any research or informational content is provided for educational context only.
Eligibility. This site and its products are not available to minors or to residents of jurisdictions where the sale of research compounds is restricted or prohibited. It is the purchaser's responsibility to know and comply with their local, state, and federal laws.
Account & orders. You are responsible for providing accurate order and shipping information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected misuse, at our discretion.
Limitation of liability. PepSmartUSA is not liable for any misuse of purchased products, including any use outside of qualified laboratory research. Products are provided "as is" for research purposes, with no warranty of fitness for any particular use beyond laboratory research.
What we collect. When you place an order, contact us, or sign up for our newsletter, we collect the information you provide — name, email, shipping address, and order details. Payment is processed entirely by Stripe; we never receive or store your card number.
How we use it. We use your information to fulfill orders, respond to inquiries, send order-related communications, and — only if you opt in — send newsletter updates. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Third parties. We share data with the service providers required to run the store: Stripe (payments), our hosting provider, and our transactional email provider. Each processes data solely to provide their service to us.
Your choices. You may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time via the link in any newsletter, or by contacting us directly. You may request a copy or deletion of your personal data by emailing us.
Processing time. Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
Delivery. Domestic (U.S.) orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days via standard carrier shipping. Temperature-sensitive compounds ship with appropriate cold-chain packaging where applicable.
Restricted destinations. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only, and do not ship to jurisdictions where sale or receipt of research compounds is restricted.
Tracking. A tracking number is provided by email once your order ships.
Damaged or incorrect orders. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Change of mind. Because these are research compounds intended for laboratory use, we're unable to accept returns once an order has shipped, except where the product itself is defective or the shipment was incorrect.
